“I think Statkraft is one of those unique companies where you really feel appreciated and valuable as an individual employee.”
Because Statkraft is on the way to becoming a truly international utility – I enjoy to be a part of that transformation process.
What is your role today?
I lead the staff and support functions, such as procurement, HR, risk management, and compliance, in Turkey.
How is a typical day at work?
Most days consist of meetings both with internal and external parties. Then I am following up on our activities in different parts of Turkey, both our construction projects and our operations of current power plants.
What motivates you?
I am motivated by being part of a team working towards a common goal, such as completing a massive project like Çetin or even smaller projects such as rolling-out SAP in Turkey. Working with great people in a nice location is another important factor. Moreover, adapting to the continuous changes is motivating for myself.
What best describes Statkraft?
I think Statkraft is one of those unique companies where you really feel appreciated and valuable as an individual employee, and I have a wide range of opportunities for my further career. Statkraft is also a place where you can share and enjoy different cultures and business challenges.
