Experience
Before going back to school for my Masters, I worked for Accenture in the US for three years where I mainly focused on the Utilities industry and on Smart Grid projects. It is there that I developed my interest in the Energy and Renewables fields.

Which unit do you work in?
My first rotation as a Statkraft trainee is in the Corporate Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) department.

How is your trainee plan (rotations)?

My trainee plan has not been fully developed yet; as of now I still have six months to work in Corporate HSSE before I move to another department in Statkraft.

What attracted you to Statkraft?
Statkraft is one of those companies that you get introduced to very early on as a foreigner who just moved to Norway. Everyone seems to have a positive image of the company, and you, as an initial stranger to the company and its culture, get to develop that same image when you learn more about what the company does and actually speak to its employees.
Being such a big long-time player in the Renewable Energy field and maintaining a positive image throughout its lifetime, you cannot help but want to be part of this amazing organization.
