I am employed in Corporate HR, which is one of Statkraft’s support functions at corporate level
How is your trainee plan (rotations)?
My rotation plan is not fully decided. I work with Corporate HR during my first rotation, mainly with Employer Branding at operational and strategic level. My next rotations will most likely include a rotation to another HR department in Statkraft, to another corporate function, and potentially to one of Statkraft’s offices in London.
What attracted you to Statkraft?
To me, Statkraft represents the ideal employer: a large and exciting company that is rooted in Norwegian values and history, and which has growing operations in a number of different countries and in a variety of different technologies. It feels meaningful and rewarding to work with renewable energy, aiming to solve the climate challenges.
