As a new Statkraft employee, you will be given a thorough grounding in our way of working. The aim is to provide new colleagues with an understanding of our activities and values as quickly and effectively as possible.
Statkraft’s common induction programme runs over two days, and provides information about all of Statkraft’s activities, strategies and plans. All new employees also receive an offer of a two-day trip to a hydropower plant.
In addition, your departmental manager will give you a personal induction programme, in which you receive information about the department and your specific duties and assignments. You will then jointly define objectives for the first six months of your employment. There will also be ample opportunity to meet colleagues and partners.
