Statkraft is in a sector undergoing tremendous growth, and we must at all times have the most knowledgeable technical environment. This means that we want colleagues who are conscious of their own competence and who are keen to learn.
We promote personal development using various tools: courses and in-service training, inter-disciplinary project cooperation and internal exchanges.
Objectives and results
Together we define objectives for the job you will be doing and for your personal development. We help you to achieve your goals through mentoring systems. We have annual staff appraisals, regular in-house questionnaire-based surveys and we are committed to openness and dialogue in everyday work. Our objective is for you to contribute to driving Statkraft forward. You have the expertise, we provide the opportunities.
Statkraft’s managers must have a sound understanding of our values and allow them to permeate our activities. Each individual management group receives specialised training in its field, and all managers must develop expertise in four areas: business development, personnel management, financial management and control and follow-up of results.
