Statkraft has been present in Chile since 2004 and holds a 50 percent stake in two hydropower plants, La Confluencia and La Higuera.

Statkraft has been present in Chile since 2004 and is currently engaged in the construction and development of renewable energy projects through joint venture companies with local and international partners.

The two hydro power plants La Confluencia and La Higuera are operated through a joint venture with the Australian company Pacific Hydro.
