The Fossan power plant is a hydropower plant in the Nea river system in Tydal Municipality in Sør-Trøndelag County. The power plant utilises the elevation difference between Håen and Lake Sellisjøen and regulates the river Tya. The annual mean production is 13 GWh and the installed capacity is 2.6 MW. The power plant entered production in 2000 and is classified as a small-scale power plant.
