Langfoss power plant in Kragerø Municipality in Telemark County was commissioned in 1955. The plant is located about 7.5 kilometres below Dalsfoss power plant, which is the highest power plant on the Kragerø River.

There is an arch dam at Langfoss power plant with an overhead walkway on poured pillars. Any floodwater that arises is diverted to a spillway over the dam, and the plant is also equipped with a bypass tunnel with two shutoff gates.

The height of fall is 7.7 metres.

Langfoss power plant is constructed of concrete, has an installed capacity of 2.4 MW and is equipped with a Kaplan turbine.

Through its majority ownership in Skagerak Energi AS, Statkraft is co-owner of this power plant. Skagerak Kraft AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Skagerak Energi, is responsible for daily operations, and manages the licences and obligations in terms of river management and regulating of the watercourse.
