Statkraft AS, EMTN 10 year bonds issues

Statkraft AS issues 10 year NOK denominated bonds, both fixed and floating, under their EMTN programme. Statkraft AS has mandated Nordea and SEB Merchant Banking to arrange up to NOK 4 billion under the EMTN programme. The bonds will have 10 year tenors in both fixed and floating rate notes and will be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Settlement date is expected to be 10 November 2006.
