Statkraft AS, issue of bond loans completed

Statkraft AS has issued two bond loans with 10 years tenor under the EMTN programme. The amount of NOK 2,200,000,000 has been subscribed for the loan with floating interest rate at 3 month NIBOR + 0,32 % p.a. (ISIN NO 001 034037.5). Subscribed amount of the loan with fixed interest rate is NOK 2,100,000,000 and coupon at 5,00 % p.a. (ISIN NO 001 034038.3). Issue date will be November 10. The notes will be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.

Nordea and SEB Merchant Banking have arranged the issues.


The bonds have been issued to refinance debt maturing December and January.
