Statkraft will report fourth quarter and preliminary annual results 2006 on Thursday 15 February 2007. The results will be available at 8:00 a.m. CET, and will be presented to investors, analysts and journalists as follows:
 
1) Material
Quarterly report and powerpoint-presentation will be available at Oslo Børs and on Statkraft’s Internet pages www.statkraft.com at 08:00 a.m. CET.

2) Streaming – in Norwegian
Both the presentation that takes place in Oslo (Statkraft’s office, Lilleakerveien 6) at 09:00 a.m. CET, and the following Q&A-session, will be given in Norwegian and streamed directly to Statkraft’s Internet pages www.statkraft.no. 3) Conference call in English
The conference call starts at 11:00 a.m. CET. A presentation of the fourth quarter results will be given before the Q&A-session commences.
