Statkraft AS has issued two bond loans with 6 years tenor and 10 years tenor under the EMTN programme. The amounts are EUR 500,000,000 for both bonds. Issue date will be April 2. The notes will be listed on London Stock Exchange. The purpose of the new issues is general corporate purposes including dept repayments and new investments.
