Responsibility for this work is shared with the Dispatch Centre in Korgen, which assumes control of operations on weekends and at night time. Kvistforsen Power Plant is run by Skellefteå Kraft on contract from Statkraft.
 
Partly owned power plants, which are operated by other parties, include Selsfors (10.6%) and Båtfors (6.64%) in Skellefteälven as well as Forsmo (2.2%) Power Plant in Ångermanälven. Partly owned power plants make up barely 0.1 TWh out of the total production of about 1,3 TWh/year.

Planning and the establishment of targets related to the rate of water flow in the Swedish rivers is executed in collaboration with Statkraft’s central power planning in Oslo, Norway.
