Netting agreement
Statkraft has the policy to sign a netting agreement with each counterpart. This can be ether FEMA or ISDA agreement. 

Counterpart
The legal counterpart is Statkraft Energy AS. This is the same company that possess the Statkraft production units.  

Administrative Routines
Statkraft send the confirmation and invoice if nothing else is agreed up on.

Settlement
Can either be settled bilateral (normally settled 15th each month) or though Nordpool Clearing.
