Statkraft today

Statkraft was converted into a limited company – Statkraft AS – on 1 October 2004. All the company’s shares are owned by Statkraft SF, which in turn is owned by the Ministry of Trade and Industry on behalf of the Norwegian state. Statkraft SF controls shares in power plants in Nepal and Laos.
