The H indicators illustrate injuries per million hours worked. H1 shows the number of lost-time injuries per hour worked, while H2 shows number of injuries per million hours worked.  

H1 for 2007 was 5.9, a slight improvement from 6.5 in 2006. The target for H1 is zero. Total number of injuries (H2) was 16.5 compared to 16.2 the previous year. 

The sickness absence rate in 2007 was 3.9%, which is down slightly from 4.1% in 2006. The target is a sickness absence rate of less than 4.0%.
