The Articles of association describe the company’s purpose, ownership and governance.

Parliamentary Bill No. 53 (2003-2004), Parliamentary Proposal No. 248 (2003-2004), presuppose that certain governing requirements are fullfilled in connection with the reorganisation.

This shall be achieved by the establishment of new articles of association relating to industrial contracts, disclosure obligation, negative pledge and the sale of shares in subsidiaries. By “disclosure obligation” is meant the obligation to submit matters to the corporate meeting of Statkraft SF.
