Alltwalis Wind Farm

Statkraft’s wind farm in Wales received its construction licence in 2007. Construction is in full swing and opening is scheduled for January 2010. The wind farm is located on a range of hills north of Carmarthen, some 20 kilometres inland of the Welsh west coast.

Sheringham Shoal

The UK authorities have given Statkraft and StatoilHydro the all-clear to build the UK’s fourth largest offshore wind farm 20 kilometres north of the coastal town of Sheringham. This diamond-shaped wind farm will cover approx. 35 square kilometres. It will comprise 88 wind turbines with a combined capacity of 318 MW.
StatoilHydro og Statkraft går sammen om å bygge havvindparken Sheringham Shoal utenfor kysten av Norfolk i Storbritannia. Vindparken skal bestå av 88 turbiner med en samlet installert kapasitet på 315 MW.
