Criteria for good ideas

The Innovation Department has a set of criteria that is applied during the innovation process.

However, the relative weighting attributed to these will vary depending on the individual projects. An idea could consist of anything from a minor improvement to totally new systems and solutions.

  1. Is there growth potential?
  2. Can the idea be realised?
  3. Can we add industrial value?
