DTU has among other things a 2 year international master program and PhD research school on this field.

NTNU is the centre for technological research and education in Norway. With long experience from research on other offshore activities such as offshore oil & gas and shipping, NTNU is well prepared to take on the challenges in offshore renewable energy and have already several ongoing research projects.

Uppsala University in Sweden is an internationally reputed research university and has existed for more than 500 years. Uppsalahas extensive research activities on wave and tidal energy, all the way from basic physics to real life experiments to validate theoretical models. They even have their own wave power park.
