In a March 2008 survey, Statkraft was voted Norway’s third most attractive place to work among companies with more than 250 employees. The survey was carried out by the Great Place to Work Institute Norge based on an employee questionnaire.

Company health service: the safety and health personnel of the company health service provide advice and support for the creation of safe and healthy working conditions, and they have a focus on preventive health and working environment
Performance and improvement appraisals for all employees as part of systematic competence and employee development.
Annual survey of the organisation and the management among all employees, covering such areas as strategy, targets, competence, organisational issues and the working environment. The objective is to set out areas for improvement and facilitate systematic follow-up.
