That is why all incidents are registered, analysed and systematically followed up in both operations and project activities. Health and safety are also key elements in the Group’s competence development and manager training efforts.

The Group’s safety culture will be further developed through clear leadership, responsible involvement and a goal of continuous improvement. We will systematically apply risk assessment as a means of preventing accidents and injuries.
