The Integrity Program is designed to bring ethics and integrity from a principled level down to the practical reality faced by our employees and business partners. We believe that sound ethical decision-making requires a lot of practice, insight and collaboration. Therefore, the integrity program places great emphasis on clear guidelines and realistic training. In addition, we have introduced several measures that allow us to monitor performance and compliance.

We want to make sure that genuine concerns are taken seriously. Our whistleblowing-procedures act as a safety-valve to ensure that anyone inside - or outside - Statkraft will be heard if any unethical practices are reported. Anyone who reports a genuine violation of our policies and/or procedures will be protected from any kind of retribution.
