Fosen Vind

Fosen Vind is realising Europe's largest onshore wind power project in Central-Norway, comprising six wind farms, with a combined capacity of 1057 MW.

The investment decision was announced 23 February 2016.

Construction commenced in 2016 and commissioning will be completed in 2020. Statkraft is responsible for project execution on behalf of Fosen Vind. The joint venture is owned by the Norwegian utilities TrønderEnergi and Statkraft, and the European investor consortium Nordic Wind Power DA. For more information (In Norwegian) : Fosen Vind
