As a new Statkraft employee, you will be given a thorough introduction and understanding of our way of working. The aim is to provide new colleagues with an understanding of our activities and values as quickly and effectively as possible.
Statkraft’s common induction programme runs over two days, and provides information about all of Statkraft’s activities, strategies and plans. All new employees also receive an offer of a trip to a hydropower plant.
Your line manager will give you a personal introduction programme, in which you receive information about the department and your specific duties and assignments. You will then agree on and define objectives for the first six months of your employment together. There will also be ample opportunity to meet colleagues and partners.
