Khimti I is a run-of-river hydropower plant located in the Dolakha district about 100 kilometres east of Kathmandu in Nepal.
Production: 378 GWh
Power: 60 MW
The power plant utilises a drop from 1270 to 586 metres above sea level in the Khimti River, a tributary of the Tama Koshi River.
The plant has a capacity of 60 MW and an annual production of approximately 350 gigawatt hours.
