Kiste is a smaller power plant in Siljan Municipality in Telemark County.

The power plant was commissioned in 1916, and draws water from the Siljan watercourse.
Kiste power plant has three generating units and an installed capacity of 5.9 MW. The height of fall is 46 metres.
In earlier times, the Siljan River was used for transporting timber. The remains of a log flume can be seen by following the old waterway from Lake Gorningen down to Kiste power plant. The power plant has been renovated several times to its current standard and appearance.
In 1997, two new Francis turbines were installed in the power plant and the waterway was upgraded.
Through its majority ownership in Skagerak Energi AS, Statkraft is co-owner of this power plant. Skagerak Kraft AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Skagerak Energi, is responsible for daily operations, and manages the licences and obligations in terms of river management and regulating of the watercourse.
