Status Solar Park: Monitoring
Twence solar park covers 20 hectares, approximately 34 football fields, and generates approximately 15.4 MWh of electricity annually. This is equivalent to the electricity consumption of approximately 4,500 households. Statkraft built the solar park in 5 months. In October 2018, the first green energy was delivered to the public grid.
Twence solar park is owned by the Twence Waste Processing Company in Hengelo and is located directly outside the gates of the industrial estate.
