We have zero tolerance for corruption and unethical business practices. To prevent briebery, conflicts of interest, and unfair competition, we follow strict anti-corruption laws and ethical business rule. Our compliance program helps us stay on track by regularly assessing risks, checking our business partners, and making sure clear rules are in place. Employees get training to build awareness, and we monitor our work to ensure everyone follows the rules. If something isn't right, we encourage employees and partners to speak up through our whistleblowing system. Our compliance program is based on international standards such sa the UK anti-bribery act, and is updated regularly to stay ahead of new risks.
