The investment decision for Mörttjärnberget in Sweden was taken in June 2011 and construction started the following autumn. The wind park was inaugurated in June 2014 and includes 37 wind turbines spread over an area of 13 square kilometres.
The annual production is equivalent to the consumption of 14,000 electrically heated large detached houses or the regular household electricity consumed by 56,000 houses or 140,000 apartments.
