Your application
Our recruitment process is designed to be clear and candidate-focused. We are here to make your application journey smooth and transparent, aiming to make each step straightforward and supportive.
To apply for a role at Statkraft, please submit your application exclusively through our online careers portal by clicking the ‘Apply now’ button on the relevant job posting. If you have your documents ready, the application process takes approximately five minutes.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application.
If your profile aligns with the role requirements, you will be invited to an initial interview. Most recruitment processes at Statkraft involve multiple interview rounds to ensure a fair and thorough evaluation.
Depending on the position, you may also be asked to complete an aptitude test, a personality assessment, or a job-related task or case study. These assessments help us better understand your skills, working style, and potential fit within the team.
As Statkraft operates critical infrastructure and services across several countries, we are required to conduct background and reference checks before extending any employment offers. This step ensures the safety, compliance, and integrity of our operations.
Once the recruitment process is complete, all candidates will be informed of the outcome. If you receive an offer, we will work with you to agree on a suitable start date.
If you are not selected, please know that we sincerely appreciate the time and effort you invested in your application. We encourage you to apply again if another opportunity aligns with your interests and experience.
