Rio Bonito hydropower plant

Rio Bonito hydropower plant is located on the Santa Maria da Vitória river in the state of Espírito Santo.

The power plant has a total head of approximately 144.5m and the powerhouse is equipped with three Francis turbines, which receive water through a 273m long penstock with 2.2m in diameter. The concrete gravity dam is 44m high.
