Our very own Statkraft Academy offers a wide range of e-learning courses, games and programs in areas such as leadership, project management, digital tools, HSSE, business ethics, business understanding and much more. More than 250 digital and classroom training opportunities are offered. For new employees the basic courses are offered as an onboarding package.

Our leadership program, Leadership in Statkraft, is offered to all new Statkraft leaders. Through the program, we aim to create an understanding of what it means to be a leader at Statkraft. By attending the program, you will receive training in leadership skills and learn from a network of almost 200 leaders and mentors across Statkraft who are there to support you.
