NIKE – green industrial development in Østfold
NIKE is a large greenfield site of 500 acres (200ha) developed by partner Ostfold Energy who holds a landowner agreement. The zoning plan proposal was forwarded for municipal prosessing in Q2/2022 with an expected plot ratio of 50%, max building height 25 m with additional height allowed for technical installations. The zoning plan is now in its final processing and approval is expected Q1/2023.
Location is 40 mins by car from central Oslo, 1 hour from Oslo International Airport. Rail station 5 kms from site. Annual mean temperature is 5 C / 41 F, annual precipitation is 514 mm / 20 inches.
